"We can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Erica. She helped us purchase a home in Arizona, then helped us sell our house in Colorado. We searched on line for a year in Arizona to find a home and Erica did numerous video walk throughs with us as we were still in Colorado. Since Erica lives and works in both Colorado and Arizona, it made the process easier, one person who knew what we had in Colorado and understood our needs in Arizona. We hadn't bought or sold a home for over 20 years so the process wasn't something we were comfortable with. Erica is very knowledgeable about the market, the process, and is a great communicator. Anytime we had questions, she was got back with us the same day. We can't imagine working with anyone else should we want to move again."

"Our recent listing was not typical. Moving aging parents from the Denver area cross-country into assisted living after decades in a house with their lifetime of accumulations put us through a Herculean series of logistical hoops over several months. The first time we met, Erica understood our situation immediately. She listened. More importantly, she heard. Over the ensuing months, she monitored the local market, checked on our progress, recommended solutions, foresaw and even stepped in front of obstacles, and, most importantly, educated us about the requirements of a remote closing so that we were able to manage every nuance. Because of her knowledge of the market, her immense comprehension of listing and closing protocol, her almost clairvoyant sense for which offers will stand and which buyers are hedging, and her regular candid communication, she listed my parents’ home a month earlier than planned and had a buyer after just a couple days on the market. Obvious formidable expertise aside, it’s Erica’s humanity — and her quick wit — that binds us for life. We took her advice and our home sold OVER asking price in just two days. "We absolutely loved working with Erica Chouinard on our home purchase.When we decided to start our home buying journey, we interviewed several realtors. We were looking for someone who was knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, patient, and able to provide excellent guidance without making us feel pressured. From our first conversation with Erica, she nailed all of these qualities.We weren't in a hurry to buy a house, and wanted to take our time looking at houses and figuring out what we needed. Erica was extremely patient and helpful throughout this process. In our initial showings, she spent a lot of time asking us thoughtful questions to understand (and help us figure out) what we were looking for, what we liked, and what we didn't like. She also didn't hesitate to point out problems, or even just to remind us that a house was missing something we had told her was important to us. There was one house in particular that we came very close to making an offer on. We liked a lot of things about it, but something just didn't feel right. We were close enough that Erica could have swayed us either way, and many realtors might have taken the opportunity to make the sale.
